How we handle information you share through this website.

When you contact us, request a quote, or submit job applications, we receive the information you enter in those forms. This can include your name, email address, phone number, company, project details, messages, cover message, and CV. Quote requests may include an optional project document. Job applications also identify the position applied for.
02 / Purpose
We use contact details and messages to respond to enquiries, review project and quote requests, and assess applications for the relevant role. We use project information to understand the requested work and communicate about it.
03 / Safeguards
Our corporate Data Protection & Confidentiality Policy requires access to nonpublic information to be limited to authorized work, and requires staff and contractors to protect personal documents, client correspondence, and project records. Information may be shared with authorized people involved in the relevant request, or when disclosure is required by applicable law or contract.
Staff must report suspected unauthorized access or disclosure. Our corporate data protection policy explains these internal responsibilities.
04 / Retention
We retain submitted information as needed for the relevant enquiry, quote, application, recordkeeping, or applicable legal and contractual requirements. The company manual does not set a single retention period for all website submissions.
